By air: (IATA regulations) No person may offer or accept dangerous goods for air transport unless those goods are properly classified, documented, certified, packaged, marked, labeled, and in the condition for shipment required by the IATA regulations. Training is required to carry out these responsibilities. If you require any of these fields of training, or require refresher training, please contact Rylie Cole (rcole@upei.ca).
