An extensive list of funding opportunities, their corresponding deadlines, and websites are mentioned below. When submitting an application to an external funding agency, please ensure that you follow the internal review and signature process for grant applications. 

Although efforts are made to confirm the accuracy of deadlines, please ensure that you visit the agency’s website to confirm dates and funding availability. 

Funding database

In addition to the opportunities and deadlines mentioned below, the funding database website will assist UPEI researchers in finding research funding opportunities for which they may be eligible. The database includes internal and external research funding opportunities, events, and notifications that the UPEI Research Services office has been apprised. 

The database has been developed with the assistance of the Research Support Fund (RSF). Any updates to this funding site will also be sent through the existing listserv email notifications. To be added to this notification, please email lcudmore@upei.ca.
