This Wellness Wednesday will give you insight on how to cope with stress, stress management techniques, spiritual guidance, and how to quiet your mind. There will also be a meditation seminar following this event at 2:30 pm! Everything you need to know about keeping a calm, stress-free mind right at your fingertips!
