UPEI Writer-in-Residence Harry Thurston, an award-winning poet, naturalist, and globe-travelling journalist, will give the 2023 UPEI Don Mazer Arts & Science Lecture at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, October 3, in Don and Marion McDougall Hall, Room 248, at UPEI.

| Atlantic Veterinary College

Students participating in the Atlantic Veterinary College’s 2023 Summer Research Leadership Program presented their posters to faculty, staff, and students on August 31.

Starting this semester, all new University of Prince Edward Island students are required to complete a mandatory non-credit course, Preventing Sexual Violence at UPEI. While the course is a graduation requirement for students starting programs in the Fall of 2023, all other UPEI students are encouraged to complete it and earn a badge on a voluntary basis.

The UPEI Panther teams are looking forward to a full weekend of events at home and away throughout UPEI Homecoming Week.
