The Department of Physics is hosting a public talk by Dr. Alexandre Douplik on Tuesday, August 13, from 10:00-11:00 am, in SDU Main Building 116. Dr. Douplik is a professor of physics and head of the Photonics Group at Toronto Metropolitan University. His talk, titled "Optical imaging, spectroscopic diagnostic and treatment monitoring for a diverse patient population,” will describe new imaging modalities for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases and cancers.
