PEI Energy Systems has notified Facilities Management that they have discovered a leak in the main heating line within the tunnel. To complete the repair, they will have to isolate Don and Marion McDougall Hall, Bernardine Hall, and the Daycare. Therefore, there will be no heating or hot water in these buildings until the repair is complete. The Daycare has a separate hot water heater, so their hot water will not be affected. 

PEI Energy will be shutting down the line on Thursday, June 29, at 1:00 pm to allow the system to cool down enough for the work to be completed on Friday, June 30.
