March 6 to 10 is National Procrastination Awareness Week!
Learning commons across Canada are offering a week of virtual workshops on understanding procrastination from March 6 to 10. Students from all across Canada are invited to register for these workshops so we can all increase our shared awareness of procrastination.
Procrastination Awareness Week (PAW) features a number of popular and effective workshops from academic institutions across Canada. PAW will feature both live and pre-recorded workshops, as well as a resource library, a study hall, and an opportunity to socialize with other students across Canada.
Some of the topics for workshops include:
- Writing a Research Paper - How do I get started?
- Procrastination and Perfectionism
- Procrastination: Strategies for the Neurodiverse
- Building Motivation and Avoiding Procrastination

All workshops will take place over Zoom, and they run every day from March 6-10, from 1:00 to 6:00 pm AST.
