In alignment with this year’s theme for Black History Month – Black Health and Wellbeing, the UPEI EFAP provider, LifeWorks, is hosting a complimentary one-hour session titled A Day In The Life: The cost of wellbeing for Black identifying individuals.
"The cost of wellbeing for Black identifying individuals” will explore many themes around the health and wellness systems, external environment, and self-care, and their impact on Black health.
