The Robertson Library is interviewing two candidates for a three-year position as Systems Librarian. Both candidates will present on the following topic for 45 minutes, plus 15 minutes for questions: “In the face of continuously changing technology opportunities, what are the key components in maintaining and managing technology in an academic library, and how would you apply these components at UPEI?”

Our second candidate, Henry Guanwen Zhang, earned his Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of Alberta, where he also earned an MSc in Computing Science. He is currently Senior Unix System Admin & Storage Specialist at the University of Alberta Library, where he has been deploying and supporting hardware and systems since 2008.
