Gentle Yoga Stretch and Meditation Class - UPEI employees - Thursdays

The Healthy Campus Committee, as part of the Employee Wellness Strategy, will be providing FREE "Gentle Yoga Stretch and Meditation Classes" for UPEI faculty and staff. Classes will be on Thursdays 12:10 pm–12:50 pm. Classes will be on a four-week rotation.  Yoga instructor Pam Harris - Stewart will be leading the class. Pre-registration required. No drop-ins. Thursdays - June 3, 10, 17, and 24

Six spots for Tuesdays group.
