Most YouTube watchers know that you can pause a video by hitting the space bar, but these shortcuts are also handy:
Pause or start: K
Jump forward 10 seconds: L
Go back 10 seconds: J
Mute: M
Take the video in and out of full screen mode: F
Turn closed captions on and off: C
