About this Event

No previous experience with digital tools or programming is required for this workshop. Though the examples used in the workshop will be specific to the field of Social Sciences, the techniques and principals covered are applicable to a wide variety of research areas.

This workshop is based on Data-Carpentry (DC) materials.

Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all four as later sessions build on previous material. You need to have a laptop with a Mac, Linux or Windows operating system (not a tablet, Chromebook, etc) on which you have administrative privileges, as you will need to pre-load specific software packages.
