Do You Need Some Tools to Manage Stress?

If you think about how you feel this very moment, what words come to mind?  Anxious, concerned, overwhelmed or emotional?  Are you struggling with managing workplace or personal stresses on a daily basis?  Are you exhausted and stretched to the limit?   

If your answer was yes to any of the questions above, you’re not alone!  The Stress Reduction & Mindfulness in the Workplace was developed specifically to help you transform and manage yourself.    

Facilitator, Jill Stewart, a Registered Social Worker and business owner will lead you through 6 live, online modules. Some modules include guest speakers and experts in the areas such as time management and guided meditation.  Weekly online topics will centre around Self Awareness, Personal Well-Being, Stress Management Techniques, Boundary Setting and Resiliency.

This live online course begins on Wednesday October 21st and will run from 9:00 am to 11:00 am each Wednesday until November 25th.  The course fee is $550.00 including taxes.  Check with your employer as funding may be available. Each weekly session is recorded so if you need to join late or miss a week, you can catch up when it’s convenient for you.
