Please be advised that Accessibility Services will now be accepting referrals for students from Faculty and Staff through a new Accessibility Services Referral Form available on myUPEI under the UPEI Forms section. 

All staff and faculty should use this tool when making a referral as it will help us gather the appropriate information to support the student.
