MELLOW DOUGH is an artisan doughnut catering & pop-up shop based out of Charlottetown, PEI, focusing on handcrafted and small-batch doughnuts with a rotating menu featuring seasonal and local ingredients. The brioche-like, yeast-raised doughnuts are fluffy and have got that irresistible chew you keep coming back for.
