Does Fido or Fluffy have bad breath?  That odour may indicate a more serious health risk of periodontal disease, which is completely preventable  Good dental health is just as important for pets as it is for humans but is typically overlooked. By age 3, 70-80% of dogs and cats show signs of dental disease.

Dr. Mike West, community care clinician at the Atlantic Veterinary College, will discuss dental disease in our pets and how to help our pet’s teeth and gums stay healthy.

Everyone is welcome.  Admission is free, and refreshments will be served.
