The Human Resources Department and the Project Beacon team is pleased to introduce a new Time Entry System.
Effective October 6, 2019 all employees who enter hours through Aestiva will now enter hours through a new Time Entry system which will be accessible through myUPEI.
Training sessions for employees, students and supervisors have been scheduled.

We ask that all staff and student employees who submit hours and supervisors responsible for approving hours make every effort to attend one of these training sessions as we will be demonstrating how to submit and approve hours.
