Join the UPEI Student Union and the Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office (SVPRO) for "Scenes from Realizations Play and Talk Back." This event will highlight a selection of scenes from the play written and directed by two former UPEI students: Kandace Hagen and Rory Starkman. The full Realizations play will be debuting at the Guild in Charlottetown on September 29.

Content Warning: The scenes depict a character reflecting on her past experiences of sexual violence and sexual harassment. The Talk Back (panel) will be moderated by Eileen from the SVPRO and will ask the cast to reflect on the creation of this play but also topics of consent, sexual violence, heteronormativity, and more. Audience questions will be welcomed at the end. 

This event is a collaboration between the SVPRO and the student union for "Just Check In for Consent" happening on campus from September 10 to 12. We encourage you to check out the schedule created by the student union, have conversations, attend events, and put your name in for a draw to win a Fitbit watch!
