Mindful Meditation and Yoga Stretch - UPEI Employees

The Healthy Campus Committee is providing a 45 minute class that offers meditation and gentle yoga stretches. The meditation segment of the class creates more calm, inner peace and balance that benefits both your emotional wellbeing and overall health.This is a class for all fitness levels. The class will be held on Thursdays at 12:30 pm - 1:15pm.   Yoga Instructor: Pam Harris. The classes will be held in 4 week blocks.   First Rotation: September 19 - October 10.  Second Rotation: October 17 - November 7. Third Rotation November 14 - December 5. Its free but pre-registration required and individuals will be put on wait lists.
