The Indigenizing and Decolonizing reading group is starting up again! Co-organized by the FDO and the IEAC faculty development committee, this reading group is open to anyone on campus, for any or all of the sessions. Our first gathering this academic year will be on Wednesday, Oct 2, at 12:30 pm, in the SDU Main Building Faculty Lounge. We'll be taking a cue from Pam Palmater's reconciliation book club and reading her first suggestion there: Whose Land is it Anyway? available online at

https://fpse.ca/sites/default/files/news_files/Decolonization%20Handbook.pdf.

Read the book, grab a colleague, and come join others in the ongoing discussion about indigenizing and decolonizing the university.
