Maymester 2019: The Planning, Pitfalls, and Pleasures of Taking Students to Europe

This past May, Arts and Sciences faculty members took UPEI students on field schools to the UK, France, and Ireland as part of courses in English, History, Biology, and Religious Studies. In our brown-bag session, we will briefly introduce the planning and pedagogy that went into the courses, and, along with a few of our returning students, will discuss the joys and challenges of taking students abroad.
