ADS Level 5 - Program Assistant - Office of Continuing Education and Professional Development - Student Experience Hub
$51,073 to $56, 147 per annum, prorated to term, as per CUPE 1870

The Office of Continuing Education and Professional Development is seeking a detail oriented, well-organized professional to support the delivery of our suite of professional development courses and certificate programs. This is a fast-paced environment where high quality customer service is key.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate details for online and in person course delivery
Serve as a point of contact for participants, facilitator/contractors
Determine course logistical requirements, required course materials, communications, evaluations, etc., in collaboration with OCEPD staff and training facilitators
Oversee logistics for scheduled training including room set up, online platform requirements, and all related details
Greet facilitators, troubleshoot technology issues, welcome participants, and address any questions or concerns
Maintain and manage content library, course recordings, and access to training materials
Ensure delivery quality standards are maintained
Order appropriate catering for in person training
Manage supplies required for training, including course specific materials
Complete attendance tracking for all training, create and distribute certificates, ensure access to materials required for training
Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
A relevant 2-year diploma or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and related work experience
Experience in program or service delivery
Demonstrated strong customer service orientation
Detail oriented, organized, and ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in various forms of technology and familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive considered an asset
Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
