The Facilities Management Department is seeking applications for the Parking Administration position. This position falls under the direction of the Manager of Security Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer service
  • Answer telephone inquiries and handle and/or redirect inquiries
  • Data entry
  • Compose correspondence or email as required
  •  Review and recommend changes of parking information for the applications and parking webpage
  • Coordinate the campus parking permit process including organizing location for sales and receiving payment for permits and tickets
  • Coordinate and communicate parking in designated and reserved lots
  • General filing
  • Support administration staff as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of Grade 12
  • Successful completion of a business or administrative course and 2 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Proficient in the use of microcomputers and the following software programs: Window, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Documents, and Gmail
  • Ability to work well with others and to meet deadlines
