Student Exam Proctors (Up to 35 Positions) - School of Mathematical and Computational Sciences - Faculty of Science
$17.60 to $21.20 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay
December 10 – December 19, 2024
The School of Mathematical & Computational Sciences is looking for up to 35 Student Exam Proctors to assist instructors of corresponding courses during final exams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing rooms for the administration of exams
- Reviewing student identifications and maintaining confidentiality
- Explaining exam day procedures and rules
- Distributing exam materials and documents
- Monitoring students during the exam period
- Collecting exams at the end of the exam period
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a current UPEI student with preference given to graduate students and undergraduate students in their 3rd or 4th year.
- Preference will be given to those enrolled in the School of Mathematical & Computational Sciences Program
- Must have an academic record in good standing
- Previous experience proctoring exams is an asset
Priority will be given to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and the Procedures manual.
