The HR Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department by analyzing HR data, generating reports, and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data to support HR initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to recruitment, retention, employee engagement, performance, and other HR metrics.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and insights from HR data to inform decision-making and enhance HR programs and processes.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for leadership, HR business partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to support HR strategic planning and initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Compliance and Auditing:

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws, HR regulations, and internal policies related to data management and reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely HR data and reports.
  • Implement controls and processes to safeguard HR data and maintain data confidentiality.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, enhance data collection and analysis methods, and improve data quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and data-driven solutions.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Overall, a combination of education, experience, knowledge, skills and personal qualities will be considered.

  • Proven experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and HR systems management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS, BI tools) and data visualization software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
