The Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading the Youth Leadership Institute on Anti-Racism (YLIA), a year-long program aimed at empowering BIPOC youth with leadership skills and anti-racism knowledge. This position is vital to advancing BIPOC USHR’s mission of creating braver spaces for BIPOC communities where their voices are heard, engaged, and supported. The Project Coordinator will oversee the design, coordination, and implementation of the YLIA, ensuring it meets its objectives and successfully empowers youth to combat hate and advocate for systemic change.
