Katimavik’s FuturePerfect program is a unique opportunity for young adults to gain valuable work experience in a supportive environment. The program begins with two weeks of intensive training and orientation, covering professional development, workplace etiquette, and personal growth. Over 12 weeks, participants work full-time with one of Katimavik’s partner employers in various industries, developing key employability skills. Program participants will be paid a full wage.  

The program is open to young adults aged 18 to 30 who are Canadian citizens, Permanent residents, or landed refugees in Canada.
