Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) ensures the attainment of strategic goals and operational objectives, and that the Alliance fulfills its mandate to advance resilience and improve mental well-being for people living on PEI. The ED fosters a healthy and equitable workplace while overseeing all aspects of human resources and ensuring the organization operates effectively and maintains fiscal integrity. The ED guides the development and implementation of the strategic plan, establishes trust with stakeholders, and ensures long-term sustainability of the Alliance through strategic revenue generation. Additionally, the ED supports board governance by maintaining effective communication, supporting board recruitment and orientation, and ensuring adherence to the strategic direction and policy development.
