Interested in becoming an Air Traffic Controller? NAV CANADA are looking for motivated individuals to take on the responsibility of managing Canada’s airspace in Atlantic Canada. Becoming an Air Traffic Controller does not require any prior specialized training or experience – all training is provided by NAV CANADA. And, students are paid to train. Following successful completion of the training program, salary will increase to that of a qualified/certified Air Traffic Controller.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Be 18 years or older
• Have a high school diploma, or equivalency
