CRA PEI is looking to hire for various bilingual SP-04 and SP-05 positions. 

The successful SP-04 candidates will analyze, verify, process, and resolve files requested by taxpayers regarding prescribed forms and returns. They will investigate and resolve complaints and requests for information and provide explanation/clarification to taxpayers regarding assessments, account status, or amounts paid through social programs. Successful candidates will also provide training and assist in the planning and development of training courses.

The successful SP-05 candidates will analyze, verify, process, and resolve unusual problems, complex calculations and entitlements that require extensive research and interaction with taxpayers. They will investigate, resolve, and respond to specialized enquiries, access to information requests, and complaints received from taxpayers. They will participate in planning and decision-making by analyzing options and providing recommendations to their Team Leader. They will also develop and modify training material and conduct training.
