While Bell Let's Talk Day is January 25, various areas at UPEI are offering events and activities from January 21–27, as part of this year's Bell Let's Talk campaign to raise awareness and funds for mental health.
UPEI Women's Hockey Panthers

UPEI will play St. Francis Xavier University for the annual “Bell Let’s Talk” game to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Admission is by donation with proceeds going to the PEI Division of the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Stress Management Techniques

According to research from the University of Sussex, reading for as little as 6 minutes can reduce stress by 60%, slow heartbeat, ease muscle tension, and alter your state of mind.
- Watch a movie. The Library's streaming video databases offer access to 100s of titles from the world's most renowned film studios.
- Sign out a Light Therapy Lamp.
- Curl up in a cozy chair in the Library’s Sun Room, a quiet study area.
- Keep listening, talking, and being there for ourselves and each other!
