An online workshop where UPEI students & alumni can reflect on how they manage conflict and learn strategies for conflict resolution. This workshop covers the following objectives and will provide participants with practical tools and tips to improve their conflict management skills:

• Conflict styles
• Strategies to help engage with conflict constructively
• How to identify potential causes of conflict
