The session will be delivered by Maria Sanderson. Maria is a senior consultant with MRSB where she leads governance reviews, not-for-profit board education, and policy development, and provides advice to clients on a variety of organizational, legal, and strategic matters. With a background in law and business, she brings these skills to all aspects of her work. Her consulting practice extends beyond board governance, with experience working with clients in the areas of research, social enterprise, program development, municipal administration, and more. Maria is licensed to practice law in Prince Edward Island and has served as the PEI chair for the Institute of Corporate Directors (Maritime chapter) since 2019.
