Each graduate is permitted to bring four (4) guests to the Convocation event. Guest invitations will be distributed to graduates when picking up their gown and hood.

Graduates can pick up their invitations at the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering (Room 128B) during the times posted below:

• Monday, May 13 - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Tuesday, May 14 - 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Wednesday, May 15 - 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Thursday, May 16 - 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Friday, May 17 - 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

There will be a limited number of additional tickets available for each ceremony on a first-come, first-served basis.
