UPEI hosts Research Breakfast on February 6

The UPEI Office of Research Services will host a Research Breakfast on Thursday, February 6, from 7:30 to 9:00 am in McMillan Hall, W.A. Murphy Student Centre, on campus. 

Dr. Misty Rossiter, Jeanne and J.-Louis Lévesque Professor in Nutrisciences and Health and a professor in Applied Human Sciences, will present “Healthy Eating Environments: A Responsive Approach to Feeding Children.”

Dr. Senthilkumar Thiruppathi, Industry Research Chair in Sustainable Food Automation and an assistant professor in the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering, will speak about “Sustainable Automation for the Agri-food and Aquaculture Sector in PEI.”
