AVC’s interim dean sends Holiday Greetings

Dr. John VanLeeuwen, interim dean of the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the University of Prince Edward Island, sends holiday greetings and reflects on the astounding achievements of 2023.

Accomplishments such as the installation of the MRI to performing the first necropsy on a great white shark are highlights of a year that saw the College push boundaries and continue to strive for new heights in animal care. Welcoming the largest class size in the history AVC and the return of the beloved Open House show that the AVC is well-loved in the world of veterinary medicine and beyond.
