UPEI Panthers this Week (October 9–15, 2023)

The UPEI Panther hockey, rugby, and soccer teams are looking forward to a full week of events at home and away.

Wednesday, October 11

AT HOME:
7:00 pm: UPEI Men’s Hockey Panthers (1-1) host the Saint Mary’s University Huskies (2-0) at MacLauchlan Arena.

Friday, October 13

AT HOME:
7:00 pm: UPEI Women’s Hockey Panthers (0-2) look for their first win of the season as they host the University of New Brunswick Reds (1-1) at MacLauchlan Arena.

AWAY:
7:00 pm: UPEI Women’s Rugby (4-1) play St. Francis Xavier X-Women (4-0-1) in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. The Panthers lost the first matchup, 43-26, in their only loss of the season. The winner of this game will host the AUS final later this month.

7:00 pm: UPEI Men’s Hockey Panthers take on the Acadia University Axemen in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.

Saturday, October 14

AT HOME:
7:00 pm: UPEI Women’s Hockey Panthers host the St. Francis Xavier University X-Women at MacLauchlan Arena.

AWAY:
3:00 pm: UPEI Women's Basketball Panthers play an exhibition game against Cape Breton University in Truro, Nova Scotia.

Sunday, October 15

AWAY:
2:00 pm: UPEI Women’s Soccer Panthers (2-5-2) play the Saint Mary’s University Huskies (3-5-1) in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

4:15 pm: UPEI Men’s Soccer Panthers (1-5-3) play the Saint Mary’s Huskies (3-4-2) in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
