Form to select Pass/Fail Grade Replacement Option now available

As part of the return-to-class plan after the faculty strike, students have been offered a Pass/Fail Grade Replacement Option for most courses, after numerical grades have been assigned. This option is available until May 8, 2023. The Pass/Fail Grade Replacement Option process for eligible courses completed in the 2023 Winter Academic Semester was shared last week.                                      

 

The form to select the Pass/Fail Grade Replacement Option is now available on the UPEI Student-App, by clicking on “Grading Options for 2022W.”  The form is also accessible from the myUPEI student portal under “UPEI Forms”. 

 

Please take note of the following: 

• Winter 2023 grades will be submitted by instructors by May 3, 2023, for graduating students and May 5, 2023, for all other students. 
• No action is necessary if students intend to keep their numeric grades.
• Students should carefully read through the guide document before making any decisions. 
• The deadline to select the pass/fail grade option on the Grade Replacement Form is 11:55 pm (Atlantic) May 8, 2023.
