UPEI Panthers this week (Nov. 21–27)

The UPEI Panthers play hockey and basketball at home and away during the week of November 21–27.

Wednesday, November 23:

7:00 pm: The UPEI Women’s Hockey Panthers (7-6-1) are away in Fredericton, New Brunswick, to play against the University of New Brunswick Reds (13-0-1). The Panthers lost their first game against UNB 3-0.

Friday, November 25:

6:00 pm: The UPEI Women’s Basketball Panthers (5-2) are away in Halifax, Nova Scotia, to play against the Saint Mary’s Huskies (6-1). This will be the first meeting between the two teams.

7:00 pm: The UPEI Men’s Hockey Panthers (10-4-0) are in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, to play against the St. Francis Xavier X-Men (6-8-0). The Panthers are 2-0 against the St. FX X-Men. They took the first meeting 5-2 and the second 7-5. The Panthers have won five straight games and nine of their last ten.

8:00 pm: The UPEI Men’s Basketball Panthers (5-2) are away in Halifax, Nova Scotia, to play against the Saint Mary’s Huskies (4-3). This will be the first meeting between the two teams. The Panthers look to end a two-game skid.

Saturday, November 26:

7:00 pm: The UPEI Men’s Hockey Panthers host the Dalhousie Tigers at MacLauchlan Arena. The two teams split their first two matchups, with Dalhousie having outscored the Panthers a combined score of 6-5.

6:00 pm: The UPEI Women’s Basketball Panthers are away in Halifax, Nova Scotia, to play against the Dalhousie Tigers. This will be the first meeting between the two teams.

7:00 pm: The UPEI Women’s Hockey Panthers are away in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, to play the St. Francis Xavier X-Women. Each team has earned a win in this matchup. St. FX outscored the Panthers by a combined score of 10-4.

8:00 pm: The UPEI Men’s Basketball Panthers are away in Halifax, Nova Scotia, against the Dalhousie Tigers. This game is a rematch of the 2022 AUS championship final.
