Francis W.P. Bolger Ms. Glenda Clements-Smith Dr. Brendan O’Grady Dr. Glenn Palmer   and the Honourable Eugene F. Whalen Green Hat Award winner, Jewell Dale Farm, for contributions to the Atlantic Veterinary College.
