Health and Fitness Week - Powerlifting Session

At this Powerlifting Session led by personal trainer Kris Lutwick, you will learn the basic technique of the squat, bench press and deadlift. The session will review the basic technique of each lift.   PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED! ONLY 12 SPACES AVAILABLE!
