Health and Fitness Week: Free-Weight Session

In this free-weight upper body session led by Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer Tracey Gairns-Brioux, learn to perform free weight exercises using dumbbells, barbells, plate-loaded and body-weighted exercises. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED! ONLY 12 SPACES AVAILABLE! Pre-Register with the Fitness Centre Supervisor Desk Staff at (902)566-6074 or fitnesscentre@upei.ca.  ID number and e-mail required to register.
