Join Dr. Tess Miller, associate professor of mathematics in the Faculty of Education, for a free math workshop on decimals on Thursday, February 5 from 4:30-6:00 pm in Health Sciences Building, room 104. This session is open to all UPEI students, parents, teachers, pre-service teachers, etc. The purpose of the workshop is to explore decimal concepts using pictorial representations – an easy hands-on approach. Advanced registration (tmiller@upei.ca) is required.
