Chi & Movement

Experience a fun, simple and soothing flow of movements with or without a prop (weighted ball, sticks, scarf)! Taking a non-purist body/mind approach, we’ll fuse a variety of disciplines of movement to inspiring yet non-traditional music. This class will be taught in silence (with non-verbal cueing) so you can work in (instead of out, where someone tells you what to do non-stop). Take a class with a holistic approach: free your body through movement, cultivate your chi (life force), and release your spirit!
