Yoga Stretch/Guided Meditation - UPEI Employees

The Healthy Campus Committee is providing a 45 minute class that offers gentle yoga stretches and muscle strengthening and toning through slow controlled movements. The meditation segment of the class creates more calm, inner peace and balance that benefits both your emotional wellbeing and overall health. This is a class for all fitness levels. The class will be held on Mondays at 12;10 pm - 12:55 pm in Fitness Studio #2, February 4, 11, 25 and March 4. Free but pre-registration required as we only have space for 12.
