Slow Flow Yoga on Thursdays, Beginning July 5

Build strength and balance on your mat in this fun and upbeat class. Challenging yet safe for beginners with lots of modifications.

Yoga Instructor Kelly Hughes will lead classes on Thursday from 4:30 to 5:15 pm, July 5 - August 16 (7 classes).

Fee: Sports Centre members $36 + hst, Non-Members $45 + hst

Deadline to pre-register is July 3, please visit the Panther Central desk in the Chi Wan Young Sports Centre.
