NEW - Hatha Yoga Wednesdays at Noon

Traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body. Suitable for all levels.

Wednesdays, 12:10 pm - 12:55 pm, July 4 - August 22. Instructor: Cynthia Dennis. Location: Fitness Studio #1, Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre.

Fee for 1 session (8 classes): Sports Centre members $45 + hst; non-members $60 + hst.
Drop in fee: $10 + hst per person, per class.
Note: Sports Centre drop in passes not accepted for fitness classes. Registration Deadline - Friday, June 29. Please visit Panther Central desk at Chi-Wan Young Centre to complete registration with payment.
