Slow Flow Yoga - Wednesdays - New Session

Build strength and balance on your mat in this fun,upbeat class. Challenging yet safe for beginners with lots of modifications. Wednesdays, 4:30–5:15 pm, May 16–June 20.

Yoga Instructor: Kelly Hughes. Fee: Sports Centre members #36 + hst, Non-Members $45 + hst. To register visit Panther Central desk, Sports Centre.
