Students in Kinesiology 3420 at the University of PEI are looking for volunteers to participate in a project titled the PEI Health Survey. The purpose of this project is to evaluate the health of Prince Edward Islanders. We expect the questionnaire to take roughly 15 minutes to complete.

This research project has been approved by the UPEI Research Ethics Board.

Participation in this project is voluntary, and the researchers will not ask for your name. Whether or not you participate in the survey, and the answers you provide to survey questions, will not have any impact on your grade in this or future courses at UPEI.
