UPEI has lowered the flags in front of Kelley Memorial Building to half-mast in honour of former athletics director and UPEI Founder Barb Mullaly, who passed away on December 10 (read the UPEI news release). The flags will remain lowered until after the funeral service on Thursday, December 15 at 11 am at the Belvedere Funeral Home.  View obituary/funeral arrangements
